Do you sometime feel that you keep running without getting anywhere?
We spend a large part of our day in a reactive mode, overloaded by external stimuli, the constant rush of emails, notifications, meetings and deadlines. There are hardly any time or space for us to pause and reflect, or even check-in with ourselves if we are heading in the right direction or have we given in to the auto-pilot mode?
Analog Experiences is my hope to cut though that noise. It is that time that we borrow from ourselves to spend with ourselves.
It is a call to an alternate way of living. One that is gentle and kind to ourselves, one where we are not hurrying every minute to make the best of of the day, but simply being. Allowing ourselves to slow down, take a pause and reflect on our choices, wade a little deeper and ask questions and gradually make way for a more intentional way of living.
In this space, I invite you to ditch your digital devices and carve out half a day in the week or a weekend every month when you are not rushed. I invite you to experience the beauty of slow and intentional living because you deserve your full attention.
Itching to go deeper?

If you live in and around London, you are more than welcome to join me for one of the ‘analog experiences’. I regularly host a range of curated offerings where you not only experience the beauty of slow life but you get to share it with an intimate community of other like-minded individual seeking a purpose and meaning in their lives.
Our experiences are clubbed in three thematic buckets.
Later this year we will also be hosting longer duration co-living residences in countryside for a deeper immersion in slow living.
